To get cited: rank on page one, answer the question in the first sentence, use clean schema and matching headings, and keep every claim short and quotable.

The single biggest lever?

Put the citable claim in the first third of the page — most AI citations come from the opening.

So here's what it means for you: if your best answer is buried halfway down, the AI never sees it.
